Very pleasant mood. You don't have to be ashamed if you want to talk a little louder. In case you are not very familiar with QR-CODES. You probably stay away because you have to scan one to read the menu.

The staff is on their toes and both the cheesecake and the baked apple rings were delicious. Brazen guests without a mask were put right in their place - everything was done right. Keep it up and see you next time!

Two stars for the waitress who was on the ball. Food only average. The most annoying thing was that neither the data was recorded, nor the tables disinfected before the new staff, nor was disinfection available at the door at all. Distance between the tables was not kept. Does not work! We didn't feel good!

The food (sauerkraut with 3 sausages) was good, ordering and bringing the food just took longer). The staff is nice, the counter we sat next to was quite dusty in places. What bothered me most was that the tables were not disinfected before guests were filled.

Had to wait a long time for the food, but it was also very full. The knuckle was good, the Braumeisterschnitzel was still 4 stars because the service was very friendly.

Not a good idea. The waitresses saved it. Waited almost 2 hours for the food and then such tourist standard plates came. The store is totally understaffed. But as I said, the 2 girls ran off their heels and continued to be friendly and made the best of it. The toilets were also under all pig. The 2 stars are only for the quality of the service.

Unfortunately, we were asked to table extremely rudely. This was followed by the water-tasting Aperol Sprizz, which was quiet instead of tangy. The beer was also not wholesome. We weren't asked if everything was right, although we were the only ones in the entire restaurant. It must have been noticed that something was wrong. An extreme disappointment from the staff.

Very delicious food which is freshly prepared which is why it also takes a few minutes, which I find positive, however, as many locations serve the food quickly, but this consists only of ready-made ingredients. Service attentive and very friendly. Would love to come back.

The tavern steak and the onion filled with minced meat are delicious. Local beers and wines rounded it off.

Good traditional meals

It was simply the best.. We came to this place after asking some local guy, where can we eat meat.. He said this is the place if you wish to try local franconian kitchen... It was great.. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS! We tried pork shoulder / knees and "lion" medalions, Onion soup and Apple Shtrudel with ice-cream DELICIOUS!!! P. S Beautiful waitress was alone but she still managed to do everything very fast and with a smile!

Not good food and slowly personal

The art and record were fabulous! Very interesting to look at.

A comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. A place for couples, friends, or family. Feels like a family place instead of a pub. A jazz player played on his guitar for the clients which was nice. The service was great and the waitress was dressed in traditional clothes. The windows were wide open and you have a great view of the city and people moving around. The food was superb.

Beautiful location with equally beautiful scenery. The restaurant was very clean and very cozy. The staff was exceptional and very friendly. The food was delicious and well priced. I'd definitely recommend if you are in the area and looking for good German food.

Nice restaurant in the middle of Bamberg. Very well located. Delicious food - and even if my rump steak was something more than medium - was responded to my complaint very accommodating. Thanks a lot for this. The group was very satisfied overall. Super friendly and capable staff.

Good food! Not too expensive. But minimum €25 to be able to use card. I found that an inconvenience. Hence changed from 5 to 4

Food not so good but th ed historical architecture was amazing

Simple, very tasty and friendly place with a lot of German-style heart in it. You can read different opinions here, about the the stuff and meals, but for me this place is an essence of Bavarian kitchen and hospitality.

Great service and great food. The restaurant did not disappoint with their version of the Bamberger Zweibeln and selection of smoked beer.

Not bad, they don't really cater for non-german speakers though.

Serves good solid Franconian cuisine, offers a selection of local beers and the atmosphere resembles typical rural Gaststätte. My favorite Franconian place in Bamberg!
